What makes this a great hotel, is their staff. They are fantastic-attentive, charming,and always willing! Any problems we encountered were efficiently dealt with, including replacing a torn awning in the restaurant. Any criticism I have would be about the design of the rooms. They look lovely and modern, but since when does modern mean having no cupboards/hanging space. 3 hooks on a wall is just not sufficient!! Breakfast was very acceptable....we really appreciated bacon!!!

Disgusting cigarette smell in the room, we could not sleep. And the only thing staff did was air freshener :-( Be shure that you have 2 tea cups and 4 glasses, or you will have problem in check out as we had.

Great location on beach and lovely surroundings. Rooms clean and nice. Various size of room-stayed in beachfront and superiors both really good but the different is closet and a place to hide the clothes. Personalservoce good, most are good in english and a few can take order,but without explainationes. Breakfast various and good for 3stars. Musli,eggs,fruits,bread,bacon,sausages,thaidishes,waffle,pancake,juice,milk,coffe/tea. Good ala carte!! Several restaurants in the area,7/11 and familymart 5min walk. Motorbike rent and laundry service around every corner. Stayed for ten days-loved it! Quiet beach(compares to chaweng). [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Small and nice resort in a walking distance to the center of Mae Nam. Rooms are clean, linen and towles are changed daily. The pool a little bit small, but who wants to stay at the pool, when the beach is a stone s throw away.

Nettes kleines Hotel direkt am schönen, ruhigen Maenam Strand. Die Bungalows waren sauber und ausreichend gross, wirken aber etwas schmuddelig, durch den Versuch einen used look zu schaffen. Es waren Flecken auf dem Boden, die aber wohl durch mangelnde Versiegelung entstanden sind und die man auch nicht weg bekommen hat. Durch unsere Versuch konnten wir aber feststellen, dass der Boden tadellos gewischt war, es liegt also definitiv nicht an mangelnder Sauberkeit. Kritikpunkt in den Gardenbungalows: es ist kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, lediglich ein offenes Regal und drei Kleiderhaken an der Wand mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Jeder Bungalow hatte eine kleine Terrasse mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch. Es ist alles sehr eng bebaut, fanden wir aber nicht so störend, da wir eh die wenigste Zeit im Zimmer verbracht hatten. Direkt an der kleinen Treppe, die zum Strand runtergeht befindet sich eine Dusche und neben dem offenen Bar- und Restauratnbereich sind nochmal eine Dusche und ein WC vorhanden. Sehr schön, wenn man sich nur kurz das Salz runterspülen will. Das Personal (sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch die Kellner) waren sehr freundlich und bemüht und konnten auch ausreichend englisch sprechen. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Verschiedene Sorten Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Cerealien und Joghurt, Schinken und kleine Würstchen und jeden Tag zwei verschiedene warme Gerichte. Kaffee,Tee, Säfte und kalte Milch gab es an Getränken. Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker, zur Küche können wir nicht viel sagen, da wir nur Pommes probiert und meist ausser Haus gegessen hatten. Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Strand gelegen und in wenigen Minuten ist das Dorf zu erreichen mit diversen Souvenirgeschäften, Bars, Restaurants, Apotheken und Lebensmittelgeschäften. The resort was very neat and clean smaller than I expected. The staff were always friendly and well informed which made our stay comfortable. The location was great and shops and restaurants were close by. Plus the resort is right on the beach which made amazing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very nice、quiet hotel, close to the beach, sea view breakfast, clean pool、and kind staff. But the Maenam is not better enough than Chaweng.And I m scared because of wall gecko in our room. I m a little disapointed that there is only a seaview balcony corner in the skyviwe standard room. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Spending 3 nights in Hammock is so relaxing.Fell in love with this resort as soon as we walk in.The staff were very friendly.Room is simple n clean.Overall I would recommend this resort who want a quiet stay.

Sehr tolles Hotel mit sehr schöner Lage. Personal war durchweg freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer im Bungalowstil waren etwas klein aber es war alles vorhanden was es zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Frühstück empfande ich für Thai Verhältnisse als sehr gut. Alles frisch und lecker.Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Liegen und Schirme waren ausreichend vorhanden. Restaurants sind am Strand reichlich vorhanden und auch gut. Das Hotel bietet selber auch a la Carte Gerichte an. Habe dies allerdings nicht probiert. Kleiner Tipp.Donnerstagabend findet ca. 200 m vom Hotel ein Markt mit Mahlzeiten, Kleider etc. statt. Wirklich toll sich diesen mal anzuschauen. Würde dieses Hotel zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Small gem tucked in the middle of several resorts on Maenam Beach.... its in Maenam Village!!! Situated Bang on the beach!!! highly recommended for stay!!!

Deja fait des commentaires sur cet hotel. Nous s étions venus pour 3 jours et en avons finalement fait 11 en plusieurs fois donc preuve que nous nous y sentions bien. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage en thailande. Recommandé. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Nouvel hôtel sur Maenam, juste sur la plage. Chambre confortable mais petite sans vraiment de rangement. Salle de douche vraiment vraiment minuscule et forte odeur d égout. Pas très agréable. Plage, matelas parfaits.

What a hidden gem. We loved the hotel, staff, rooms and beautiful location. I will definately stay there again, however, I feel the staff lacked knowledge of the surroundings, restaurants, things to do, transfer services - perhaps this will come with time, otherwise, there is no downside to staying at this Hotel and I have already recommended it to friends. The booking service was simple to use and we got what we wanted. Only addition would be the provision of transfers to and from hotel as the taxi services did not know where it was and needed to phone.
